SOCIAL SERVICES / HOUSING REFERRALS
HBSCA would provide referrals for mental health, housing, substance abuse treatment, included but not limited to all social services needed for all those in need. HBSCA would provide transportation and on-going follow up for case management and full wrap-around services. Allocated budget would determine number of staff and employees for referrals and case management.
FUNDING
Our funding begins with the ask of seed monies from private developers and or funders. Once up and running HBSCA would begin the process to apply for ASSISTANCE SERVICES FUNDING, from multiple sources of grants and contracts with government agencies, foundations, philanthropic organizations, private donations, fundraisers, etc. Over an agreed period HBSCA would pay back private developers through a contract agreement and terms.
